About Us
Scandic Builders was founded in 2000 by Mads and Sari Jepsen and expanded in 2003, with the addition of Mads’ brother, Kimo Jepsen. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on our strong Scandinavian heritage. Our family emigrated from Denmark to the United States in 1987, and we have since spent time studying and working in both the US and Europe.

We strive to limit the overall environmental impact of a home by considering all aspects of the design and execution of each project. Our goal is to incorporate environmentally-conscious building practices and simultaneously uphold the quality and craftsmanship of a home that will last for generations.
